Cost Change 2026 Draft Determinations

Overview

In this consultation document we set out the additional expenditure allowances we propose to allow companies in our 2026 cost change draft determinations following our assessment of their cost change claims. These additional allowances will enable companies to invest in PFAS removal, asset health, growth, large gated schemes, major projects and Havant Thicket. We also set out the in-period revenue we propose to allow and the regulatory capital value (RCV) adjustments we propose to recognise, and the timing of this.
