Statutory consultation: CPW162 – Cyclic Read Skip Codes

The Wholesale Retail Code (WRC), which forms the wholesale contract between Wholesalers and Retailers operating in the Business Retail market and sets out the services provided and the obligations of each party, is enforceable by Ofwat.

We have considered and are minded to approve WRC Change Proposal CPW162 – Cyclic Read Skip Codes with some modifications to the legal drafting. This document is a statutory consultation issued under the provisions of s.66DB/s.117G of the Water Industry Act 1991 (WIA) in relation to the proposed change to the WRC.
